Vintage Brumble Mug

Mr Bumble is handpainted porcelain  rare toby jug. 2 1/2" wide by 5" tall 

 He is depicted wearing a classic tricorn hat (which forms the pouring spout) and a bright orange-red colonial coat with yellow and white striped vest detailing.
